Had a fantastic stay in July 2009, will be returning with other family members and a few friends in May this year. Beautiful area, great food and beer, lovely staff.

Hi Sue and Gary,
Just a quick e-mail to say thank you very much for the lovely time we had a Christmas, as you know it was hard for me this Year with losing Peter but I felt very comfotable and you looked after us all very well. We hope to come again for Christmas 2010 but I will confirm with you very soon. Gary, Mark won't forget your pork pies. Take Care of yourselves and a very Happy New Year to you both.

Loved it here. Christmas has been the bast one by far. Lovely People, Lovely food and excellent service. Will definately come back next year for xmas.

Bad place for a long lunch - too many interesting beers. Make sure it's a short day.

The George & Dragon would be worth a stay just to be in the centre of such a well preserved Dale’s village as Dent. But add in a comfortable bar serving the excellent locally brewed beer, its own restaurant serving delicious local lamb, welcoming hosts and attentive service - for us it ticked all the boxes.
