Dent is a charming and character village, and the George & Dragon an ideal place to stay. Welcoming, offering hearty food, Dent beers and an excellent breakfast.

Good accommodation and great food. A Barnsley Chop no less!! Thanks Paul for getting us and a badly limping dog to our next stop.

A superb hotel set in a beautiful location, all staff are very helpful and friendly, the bar offers a large selection of local ales from the Dent Brewery, the food is fantastic and the portions are more then generous, both the restaurant and the bar offered outstanding value for money.
Although I was staying at this hotel through company business I will definitely be back for a long weekend at some point soon in my own time as the hotel and location are superb!!!

This inn was the highlight of our nights along the Dales Way. We had an extremely nice comfortable room, complete with bath and shower. The beers in the pub were great, and we had a very tasty meal in the restaurant. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was excellent for us. Would like to go back another time and spend more time in the area. The food was great, and good value and everyone was so friendly.
